How Valle de Bendición Church cares for the data of the people who use its website and app.

    Who we are

    This website and the “Valle de Bendición” app belong to Valle de Bendición Church (Church of God of the Full Gospel) in Santiago de Cuba, which is responsible for the data described here.

    What we store

    When you create an account: first and last name, email, national ID number, WhatsApp (optional) and the ministries you belong to.

    If you sign in with Google, Google only shares your name, email and profile photo with us. We never see or store your Google password.

    What you send us: prayer requests, messages, forms, pastoral appointments and requests to serve or join a ministry.

    Minimal technical data: your browser or phone notification subscription and server security logs.

    Anonymous usage statistics: which pages or screens are viewed, the approximate country, the type of device and the masked IP address (without its last block). They tell us how many people use the website and the app, not who they are.

    How we use it

    To manage your account and ministries, answer your requests and messages, organize church life and notify you about new devotionals, live streams and events when you turn those alerts on.

    We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with other organizations.

    Who can see it

    Only people authorized by the church, and only what they need to serve you: for example, a ministry leader sees that ministry's requests and the pastoral team sees private prayer requests.

    We use essential technical providers (the server that hosts the system, Google for sign-in and your browser or phone notification services), which only process data to provide that service.

    How we protect it

    Passwords are stored encrypted, all traffic uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and each team member's permissions are limited to their role.

    Your rights

    You can view and correct your data in “My account”, turn alerts off at any time and ask us to delete your account and information.

  7. 07

    Minors

    Children under 14 should use their account with the permission and guidance of their parents or guardians.

    Changes

    If we change this policy we will publish it on this page with a new update date.
